Renovation of a manufacturing facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a manufacturing facility.
SCOPE OF WORK A. The work included under Division 26 shall consist of furnishing labor and materials necessary for the complete installation of electrical systems shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Work shall be complete and in operating condition at the completion of Contract. B. Include minor items which are obviously and reasonable necessary to complete the installation and usually included in similar work even though not specifically mentioned in the Contract Documents. C. Deviations due to particular manufacturer's requirements shall be provided at no additional cost. D. Where material quantities are shown, they are for the convenience of the Contractor only. The Contractor shall be responsible to verify quantities. E. Coordinate with the mechanical and general contractors for coordination drawings for all disciplines. Coordination drawings shall include plan view and elevations. Question Deadline 04/09/2024
