Renovation of a recreation facility in Macedonia, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
City of Macedonia, Ohio to Enter Into a Contract to Provide for Procurement and Installation of New Pool Deck at Macedonia Recreation Center. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Bid a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or a Certified Check or Cashier's Check Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid, Payable to the City of Macedonia. Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond or Check, as the Case May Be, Will Be Held as a Guarantee That, if the Bid Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into Between the Bidder and the City of Macedonia, and the Performance of Such Contract Secured by Said Check or Bond. In Default Thereof Said Bond or Check, and the Amount Represented Thereby, Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Macedonia as Liquidated Damages. Council of the City of Macedonia Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in the Bids Received, and to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Most Favorable to the City.
