Polk County Highway Department is Accepting Request for Proposals for the Following . Asphalt, Pulverizing & Milling . Line Painting . Road Oil . Gravel . Crack Sealing Materials . Rock . Culverts . Erosion Control Materials To be given consideration, a request for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the review of the proposal packages. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which if issued, will be sent via e-mail or fax not later than three (3) days prior to the date fixed for the review of the proposal packages.
