SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Placerville is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning and conceptual design services. The services shall begin with existing conditions inventory and analysis; participation in advisory group meetings, participation in outreach activities (e.g. workshops, stakeholder meetings, walk audits, and conclude with a draft plan that includes identified project prioritization and cost estimates, and identified funding sources. The scope of work should include the tasks described in Attachment B. However, the City encourages the consultant to elaborate on the scope of work outlined in Attachment B with additional detail on the approach that will be used to conduct the project. Proposers are invited to submit enhancements to the work scope that they feel will enhance project outcomes. Proposers are expected to gain thorough knowledge of the project and exercise professional judgment in development of the scope of work that will deliver the project to completion.
