Dalsin Co., awarded amount is $284,977.42.** 2024 Phase 3 Moorhead Wastewater Treatment Facility Oxygen Activated Sludge Building South Roof Replacement. Description: In general, Work consists of removal of the existing ballasted single-ply membrane roofing system over the Oxygen Activated Sludge (OAS) Building and installation of a new single-ply fully adhered membrane roofing system. This work includes removal and replacement of all prefinished metal flashings, copings, and scuppers at the OAS Building per the Drawings and Project Manual. Additional Description: All plan holders who order electronic proposals through Online will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
