As of May 29, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, material, electrical power, and traffic control to do the required sewer lining using cured-in-place pipe, and reinstating laterals as required. The City reserves the right to delete work from this project without additional compensation to the contractor, so that total project costs do not exceed budgeted funds UNIT 0-24 Sanitary and Storm Sewer (CIPP) Lining 458 lin.ft. 10" CIPP Lining 563 lin.ft. 12" CIPP Lining 343 lin.ft. 15" CIPP Lining 71 lin.ft. 24" CIPP Lining 473 lin.ft. 36" CIPP Lining 87 lin.ft. 36"x36" CIPP Lining 9 lump sum Traffic Control The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed for the best interests of the City and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond equal to five percent of the bid, payable to the City as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 10 days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. If the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages
