Renovation of an educational facility in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The contractor shall: A. Provide new fixed steel ladder for access to roof. B. Provide new maintenance platform for existing kitchen hood exhaust fan/make-up air unit on sloped roof. The objective of this Invitation for Bid for Lawrence Public Schools ("LPS") is to solicit bids as defined within the Project Manual and Drawings. The intent of LPS is to enter into a contract with the successful bidder. All questions regarding this IFB shall be made electronically via e-mail and directed to Robert Franklin at robert@lankfordfendler.com. The subject of the e-mail shall be "QUESTION IFB F&O." Failure to provide the correct IFB number in the email will deem the question unanswerable and will not be considered as part of any addenda. Responses to all properly submitted questions will be posted on the District's E-bidding website as addenda to this IFB. LPS reserves the right to combine questions with similar objectives into a single responsive answer. Any questions submitted after that date and time will not be considered or answered. Questions Due: March 28, 2024 by 12:00 PM CDT
