The City is seeking weekly transit shelter cleaning services for thirty-six (36) bus shelters located throughout the community. Contract Term: 04/01/2024 at 12:01am- 03/31/25 at 11:59pm with the option to extend/renew for a period of up to 4 additional years. Market increases may only be made upon the 3rd consecutive year of successful contract fulfillment and shall not exceed 3.5% in one year. Questions Deadline: Noon on Wednesday March 6th, 2024. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and all or part of a bid and to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the bids received.
