The City is seeking scheduled trash removal and disposal services for sixty-two (62) bus shelters or receptacles throughout the community. Question Submission Deadline: Wednesday March 6th, 2024 Noon Local CST All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted to: purchasing@lawrenceks.org. Contract Term: 04/01/2024 at 12:01am- 03/31/25 at 11:59pm with the option to extend/renew for a period of up to 4 additional years. Market increases may only be made upon the 3rd consecutive year of successful contract fulfillment and shall not exceed 3.5% in one year. Submission will consist of two (2) separate documents labeled Proposal and Cost Form whether paper or electronic submission. Failing to separate cost from the proposal could result in submittal not being considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and all or part of a bid and to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the bids received.
