Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of crossing pavement markings at various locations in the City including approximately 2655 LF of Solid White 6" MMA, 732 LF of Solid White 24" Stopbar MMA, 153 EA of Solid White 24" x 6' Crosswalk MMA, 254 EA of Green 24" x 6' Bike Bar MMA and 224 EA of Chevrons (Pair) Preformed Thermoplastic. All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is Tuesday, March 7, 2024 - 5:00 p.m. Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond no less than 5% of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Lawrence, retained by the City Commission until a contract for the project shall have been awarded. Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities.
