Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
Urgent Storm Sewer Repair. Question Deadline 02/23/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All questions and clarifications regarding this bid should be submitted only via email and directed to the City's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. The bid number shall be referenced in the email subject line. The questions deadline is. Central Time Zone. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda to this Bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond no less than 5% of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Lawrence, retained by the City Commission until a contract for the project shall have been awarded. Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected. Storm Inlet and Pipe removal and replacement at 8 different sites throughout Lawrence. This includes the removal/replacement of areas of asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk along the project. -ADA ramp improvements at 3 different sites. There will be no Pre-bid meeting for this project.
