Awarded to Reliable Rollaway LLC *Replace the current roof on the Albany CDL trailer located at 2062 Newton Rd Albany GA. 31701. The roof should be replaced using the same roofing system that is currently installed. *All the windows throughout the trailer will need to be replaced with double pane windows and any water damage located around the windows should be repaired and a rain shield installed above each window. The contractor is required to replace any missing or damaged screws with EPDM screws with washers or like products. *At each exterior door, any damaged flooring should be repaired, and the flooring tiles should be replaced with a similar product. *All siding should be inspected and repaired as needed with similar product. *The gutters and downspouts should be replaced and color-matched to the current gutters The purpose of this electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) is for the State Entity to establish a one-time buy/contract with a single qualified Offeror who will provide all materials, labor, supervision, for removal of existing roof and installation of new roof, window replacement/repair, flooring replacement/repair, siding replacement/repair and gutter replacement/repair at our Albany CDL Customer Service Center for the Department of Driver Services. All required documents MUST BE RETURNED as an attachment with the bid package in order to be considered as a responsive bid. Award shall be made to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder meeting specifications. It is the bidders responsibility to review this eRFQ on a regular basis during the solicitation period for answers to related questions submitted and for any addenda that may be posted. From the issue date of the Event document and until a Vendor is selected and the selection is made public, vendors are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any State staff except through the Issuing Officer named in the Event document, or as provided for in existing contracts. For violation of this provision, the State may reject any bid/proposal of the offending bidder/offeror or initiate suspension/debarment proceeding with respect to the offending supplier or bidder/offeror.
