Roadway, Water, and Wastewater Improvements at the Clarendon County Industrial Park Project Location: Manning, SC 29102 - Clarendon County Base Bid -Proposed Improvements include work associated with the proposed extension of Jo Rogers Jr Blvd., the proposed water main extension, the proposed wastewater gravity main to serve Buildings No 8 & 9, the proposed wastewater force main, and the proposed 180 GPM pump station. The work to be completed as a part of this project consists of providing all required materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete. The deadline for submitting questions is 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 28, 2024. The deadline for submitting questions l questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing (vburbage@alliancece.com or 803-779-2078). Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina This project is being funded in part by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) Economic Infrastructure Program. No bidder may withdraw the bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening and thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids
