Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of Type of Work: Roadway Resurfacing and Reconstruction, and Curb and Sidewalk Reconstruction on various City roads. Location of Work: City Wide Engineer's Estimate: $3,960,000.00 Estimated Completion Date: October 25, 2024. Project is $3,960,000.00.Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wages IS required for this Project. The CITY OF DUBLIN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
