The City of Dublin, Ohio will receive electronic bids from a licensed and qualified Contractor. This Planting Renovation will replace the infield areas in the I-270 Interchange with Trees and Shrubs that are tolerant of the high ground water issues. The project will also adjust / move the irrigation heads and adjust some of the irrigation supply lines as needed to install the new planting types. There will also be some limited French drains added to some of the planting areas to help drain down some of the quadrants. The project will become a signature gateway element for the City of Dublin and add seasonal color and sense of scale to the interchange. Question Deadline - 04/16/2024 10:00 AM EDT Questions must be asked via the Bid Express service. Questions asked via phone or email will not be answered. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Location of Work: I270/33 Interchange The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
