The objective of this proposal is to engage the services of a civil engineering firm to assist with the site selection process and to make a recommendation from their analysis for the most optimal site based on the following criteria. If you have any questions or comments regarding this RFP please contact John Gazall, project architect. • Proximity and distance to major highways • Site ingress and egress • Utility extensions including water, IT, fiber, sewer, & electrical • Utility redundancy • Determine buildable area limits (building and parking locations) • Setbacks • Antenna height – allowable? or restricted? • Grade and topography challenges (cut and balance) • Site drainage • Storm water detention and sizing • Wetlands locations and delineation • Any potential unforeseen conditions or concerns above or below ground GC911 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals, to request additional information form a proposer, or to expand the time period for submitting proposals.
