Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of May 9, 2024, the project was awarded to JTL Group, Inc. dba Knife River, with an awarded amount of $102,342.20. Natrona County Commissioner Parking Lot Project. Remove and replace 67 foot by 84 foot existing concrete parking lot using 6 sack concrete, rebar 2 feet on center, up to 4 inches of new base, and pour 6 inch slabs. The BOCC retains its right to reject a proposal(s) in full or in part, waive technicalities, and accept the proposal it determines is in the best interest of the County. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of Bidder's total proposal cost; Natrona County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to negotiate any terms in the best interest of the County, and to accept the bid in its best interest of the County. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statute 16-6-101 through 107, a five percent (5%) preference shall be given to Wyoming resident contractors. All submitted proposals shall remain valid for 30 days from the date the proposals were opened. Prior to the deadline to submit proposals, the BOCC or its agent may issue an addendum(s) to this RFP. Any such addendum is deemed part of this RFP.
