Snow removal of parking lots, and sidewalks at 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, WY 82604. Remove snow as needed from our Agency's parking lots and sidewalks. Must have proper equipment to remove heavy, large amount of snow. Must be able to return to location as needed to remove additional snow throughout the day. Include ice melt as needed. Preference is having the parking lot and sidewalks cleared by 6:30 a.m Question Deadline: 03/06/2024 at 2:00 PM MT , Questions shall be submitted individually through online. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through online. The State of Wyoming will ensure that minority business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit bids. The State of Wyoming will not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, color, sex, creed, national origin, or disabili ty status. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or technical defect in the bids, or to award the purchase order or contract in whole or in part, if deemed to be in the best interest of the State to do so. The A&I Procurement Office will award the purchase order or contract to the firm determined to have the most responsive and responsible proposal by the requesting agency. Multiple awards may result from any invitation to bid if deemed in the State's best interest.
