Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work consists of the following: Installation of approximately 5,000 LF of 6" PVC water line. Replacement of 191 meters. Site work including grading, drainage, and asphaltic paving. All electrical and controls wiring to fully complete the system; Local and Master control panel modifications and programming; Any/All other work which could be considered incidental to completion of the project as shown on the Plans. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
