Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Luverne, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Questions should be emailed to the contact by Monday, March 25, 2024. The MN Veterans Home - Luverne is seeking a MN licensed electrician to provide new LED fixtures and general wiring and installation of those fixtures. Project also includes retrofit of other current lighting fixtures to accommodate LED lamps. Lamps for retrofit to be provided by the State. Proper disposal of used lamps and light fixtures to be completed by contractor. EXAMINATION OF SITE: Before submitting a bid on the work contained in these specifications, each Responder is required to visit the site, examine the premises, and thoroughly familiarize themselves with all existing conditions and limitations pertaining to the work involved. No extras will be allowed because of the Contractor's misunderstanding as to the amount of work entailed, or lack of knowledge of existing conditions.
