Renovation of a mixed-use development in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Facilities Building Fuel Station Replacement The Quakertown Community School District will receive separate sealed bids for the following projects in the form of Single Prime lump sum contracts. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals or Any Part Thereof or Items Therein and to Waive Technicalities as It Deems Best to Protect Its Interest. Document note: Representatives of the Project Engineer (D'Huy Engineering, Inc.) will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: which contract(s) you are bidding, company name, con-tact person, complete ad-dress, phone and fax numbers, and email address. Documents will be available on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Bid Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
