Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contract 18, consists of the installation of a new storm water basin, including new stormwater piping and inlets, the demolition of the existing storm water basin, relocating existing pipe assiociated with the new storm alignment, establishing a new plan road, relocating electrical conduit and process piping, along with the construction of the foundations, for equipment being provided in future contracts. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Borough of Quakertown in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. Question Deadline 10/12/2023 at 4:00 PM ET The last day for questions regarding the project The Borough of Quakertown hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to the Project
