For the purposes hereof, 43 installations, divided into 3 lots, are listed in Appendix "A List of Facilities", at the end of this document. In order to ensure safe traffic, minimize the risk of accidents and prevent deterioration of the asphalt surfaces of the installations listed in Appendix A, the CISSS de la Monteregie-Est here represented by the Technical Services Directorate (DST), wishes retain the services of a specialized contractor offering asphalt repair services for parking lots and their traffic lanes. This work will be carried out under an on-demand contract. The total amount of work is defined per batch as follows: Lot 1 - Saint-Hyacinthe and surrounding areas: $750,000 for the duration of 3 years; Lot 2 - Sorel and surrounding areas: $600,000 for the duration of 3 years; Lot 3 - Longueuil and surrounding areas: $900,000 for the duration of 3 years. 1- DESCRIPTION OF THE NEED The CISSS de la Monteregie-Est aims to award a service contract for work on request to repair asphalt in the parking lots of several of its facilities including hospitals, accommodation centers, CLSCs and youth centers. The Service Provider must provide all normal services that are usually required for this type of contract, including assessment of the condition of the asphalt coating, preparation and repair of surfaces (potholes, cracks, holes, subsidence, cesspools, etc.), excavation, asphalting, compaction, resurfacing, application of a coating or sealer, management of coating waste.
