In total, there are more than 60 installations grouped into three lots on its territory. (See the list of facilities and their addresses in the appendix at the end of this document.). The CISSS de la Monteregie may add new facilities during the contract with 30 days' written notice. For information purposes, the CISSS du Monteregie-Est represented here by the Technical Services Directorate (DST) plans to undertake asset maintenance work, functional renovations, maintenance and other renovations in several of its facilities. In addition, this work will include mandates of different scales related to the operation of the facilities. This work may be carried out under an on-demand contract. The total amount of work is defined per batch as follows: Lot 1 - Saint-Hyacinthe and surrounding areas: $675,000 for the duration of 3 years; Lot 2 - Sorel and surrounding areas: $450,000 for the duration of 3 years; Lot 3 - Longueuil and surrounding areas: $750,000 for the duration of 3 years.
