The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW),Salmon Conservation and Research Facility(SCARF):labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary for semi-annual inspection, maintenance, servicing and repair of state-owned building and infrastructure HVAC units, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical controls systems including water filtration and treatment systems (drum filters, ultraviolet treatment) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition SCADA monitoring system and controls. All inspection, maintenance and repair work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely.
