Engineering Services for Ashlan Westbound Widening. The scope of this project is: The City is seeking to widen westbound lanes along Ashlan Avenue from Polk Avenue to Bryan Avenue. Design and construction for portions of Ashlan Avenue within these limits are currently being carried out by developers. This project will construct the remaining portions to complete street improvements along the alignment. The improvements will include widening of the westbound lanes to extend the number of travel lanes from one lane to two lanes, installing class II bicycle lanes, median, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and streetlights along the proposed alignment. Project Duration July 2024 to March 2027. The City of Fresno reserves the right to accept or reject any SOQs, and to negotiate with any qualified consultant, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this solicitation for SOQ's. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
