Interior and Exterior Painting of all BCSS Elementary Schools. Submission of a proposal signifies the Contractors agreement that its proposal and the content thereof are valid and will become part of the contract that is negotiated between the Butts County School System and the successful contractor. The Butts County School System [herein after referred to as the System issues this invitation to bid for a qualified contractor to provide necessary cleaning, preparation and painting services at all elementary school facilities. Prior to work, contactor is responsible for examination of present surface(s), testing and insuring that the paint will adhere and have a proper finish. This work should include all necessary equipment, materials and labor to complete the work as listed below. The System reserves the right to amend this Invitation for Bid prior to the due date. The System may terminate their participation in this contract in whole or in part with thirty (30) days' notice, for their convenience, or because of failure of the contractor to fulfill the contract obligations in any respect.
