The City of Brookhaven is requesting proposals for consulting services to develop a Site-Specific Park Plan for the City s LaVista Park. The City of Brookhaven completed and adopted its overall Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan (CPRMP) in September of 2014 which focused on active, and passive, venue opportunities, lighting, parking, ADA, and overall park enhancements; however, LaVista Park was not annexed into the City until 2019. In addition to the conceptual park plan, the project will incorporate enhancements to the stormwater management system in the area. The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Brookhaven.
