The facility at 475 Fairburn Road SW, Atlanta, GA, 30331 will be the new location for the South Training Center for adult clients with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. The training facility and staff provide outpatient day programs/services for clients beginning at age 18 and older. COUNTY OBJECTIVES The following are the County Objectives for this project: o Enable Georgia and Fulton County to better meet needs for South Training Center for adult clients with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. o Accelerate construction of a new Disability Center by leveraging Fulton County's funding and existing facility. o Increase access to the appropriate level of care in services such as Diagnostice assessments and individual services plans as well as other related services. o Provide a service center in an important area of the county in need of such services.
