Combined Synopsis Solicitation Providence Operating Room Roof (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24124Q0374 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. (iv) This requirement is being issued as an open market, service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. (v) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price award to a contractor to provide operating roof repair according to the Statement of Work and to include the line items listed below in the price/cost schedule. Evaluation Process: Award shall be made to the best value, as determined to be the most beneficial to the Government.
