Site work for a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work consists of the installation of a landscape design and planting plan to enhance, restore and improve the health of the Brentwood Wetland Arboretum located at 3120 S. Brentwood Blvd., Brentwood, MO 63144. The City reserves the right to reduce the scope of work due to budgetary restraints. This project is partially funded by the Missouri Department of Conservation, Open Space STL, Great Rivers Greenway, and Forest ReLeaf of Missouri in addition to the Missouri Botanical Garden's Deer Creek Watershed Alliance, via financial support from US EPA Region 7 through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (subgrant number G22-NPS-09), under Section 319 of the Clean Water Act. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
