Description Island County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to repair approximately 1,863 square feet of interior office and clinic space from water damage in our Island County / Camano Clinic, located at 127 N. East Camano Drive. The County expects to enter a contract with the winning bidder(s) for a period not to exceed one (1) year Location: Camano Island Clinic: 127 N. East Camano Drive, Camano Island, WA 98282 Scope: This project requires plumbing repairs, drywall patch & repair, flooring replacement and clean up. Remove and replace all existing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) water piping above the top wall plates with a new Polyethylene (PEX) piping system, adding insulation. Drywall: Patch all drywall sections where access cuts were made, or damaged to create a smooth and seamless surface. Paint to match existing paint. Flooring: Remove damaged carpeting. Remove and replace all existing 4” cove base in the affected areas. (Remove and replaced carpet in damaged areas, LVT replaced in areas to repair damage if needed. And may be used to replace damaged carpet in the hallway). Paint: Two-coat application of high-quality, low-VOC paint, masking, and protection of non-painted surfaces, removal of all paint debris and thorough cleanup of the site.
