The O-Zi-YA Community Club is requesting qualified engineers to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for providing engineering services related to the design and construction administration for the Water Reservoir Project which includes final design of new water reservoir, advertising for bids, and managing construction. The project budget, including construction is approximately$396,000. Questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Mr.Scott Millonzi, Board President, at (36) 722-2175. Consultant selection willbe based upon the following criteria, weighted as indicated, 1, Firm experience (15) 2. Proposed consultantteam (15) 3. Project understanding and approach (20) 4. Past performance/references (15) 5. Familiarity with community and local knowledge(15) 6. Application and administration experience with state funded projects, especially Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund(DWSRF) Program (20) This project is fundedthrough Washington StateDepartment of Health(DOH) Drinking WaterState Revolving Fund(DWSRF) Program.
