Description The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering and support services on interstate, primary, urban and secondary road, bridge, structures and related infrastructure projects during the planning, development, pre-award, and the post-award phase for projects to be procured and administered through the Hampton Roads District.
