The proposed work consists of sidewalk replacement, handicap ramp installation, curb replacement, and catch basin repairs at various locations in the City of Hudson, Ohio. Question Deadline 04/02/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions must be asked through the online site no later than. All questions will be answer through the online site no later than April 3, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. In the case of disruption of national communications or loss of services by Bid Express within two hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the City will delay the deadline for bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bids. If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing through the Bid Express website. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all Bidding Documents Holders through the Bid Express website. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
