The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide various types of tree service solutions, including but not limited to tree trimming and removal services, stump grinding and removal, and other related services on an on-call basis. The services shall be performed on property owned by or under the jurisdiction of Nassau County in accordance with the solicitation specifications. Project/Contract Duration: Two (2) years after Contract Execution with option to renew for three (3) additional years The County reserves the right to add or remove services from the resulting contract and will not be held to any minimum/maximum dollars for the term of this agreement. The work is to be performed by a tree service contractor, licensed, insured, and bonded to do business in the State of Florida. Vendor shall be familiar with and shall comply with County and State Ordinances governing tree trimming work and traffic control regulations during work. Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work described herein in strict accordance with these specifications, pruning standards as set forth by American National Standards Institute ("ANSI") and the International Society of Arboriculture ("ISA").
