Renovation of an educational facility in Clio, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Requests for information regarding technical matters of this Request for Proposal should be directed to: Brad Wiskur, Director of Operations and Transportation Clio Area School District (810) 591-2688 bwiskur@clioschools.org The Clio Area Schools Board of Education shall give formal consideration to these bids at the next Board meeting after the bids are opened, contingent upon final tabulation of the bids prior to the Board meeting. This scheduled Board meeting date is April 11, 2024. A description for the work to be completed is attached in Section IV. Bidder is responsible to follow attached bid specification requirements. Any scope specific questions can be addressed to Brad Wiskur, Director of Operations and Transportation at (810) 591-2688 or bwiskur@clioschools.org. All bidders shall provide a proposed time frame for work to be completed. Work must be completed between June 14, 2024 and August 30, 2024.
