Energy Efficient LED Lighting Upgrade The objective of this RFP is to locate a source that will provide the best overall value to the BCCC The BCCC is a versatile meeting, exhibit and special event facility within house Food & Beverage Department located in Blair County at One Convention Center Drive, Altoona PA, 16602: with the total square footage of 75,000 with 54,000 square feet being rentable space. Included is a 400-space lighted parking lot with an attached five level 400 space lighted parking garage along with a surrounding lighted access road. The BCCC is accepting proposals in response to this RFP to find a qualified source to provide a comprehensive lighting upgrade to our existing lighting and fixtures to the most up to date LED lighting and control technology.
