Conrady Junior High School RELEASE # 3: Asphalt Paving and Fencing Lump Sum Bid Proposals will be received until the scheduled time of closing of receipt of bids. The Trade Packages included are: - Trade Package 31b: Asphalt Paving, Sealcoating and Striping - Trade Package 32a: Fencing A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be conducted. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: North Palos School District 117, Attn: Dr. Daniel Ford, Director of Buildings and Grounds, 7825 W. 103rd Street, Palos Hills, IL 60465. Envelopes should be clearly marked with the Trade Package Number and Trade Description. All questions should be addressed in writing via email to Diane Papenhause at dpapenhause@ihcconstruction.com and Emma Siragusa at esiragusa@ihcconstruction.com and must be submitted by end of the day on March 27, 2024. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to North Palos School District 117. The successful bidder will be required to furnish insurance equal to or greater than the specified amounts and conditions. The cost of the insurance will be included in each bidder's proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond to the owner AND IHC Construction Companies, LLC equal to 100% of the proposal amount.
