Reference Number 0000360279 Job Location: Fort Collins, CO The State of Colorado, Institution of Colorado State University (CSU) is soliciting bids from Contractors for the RBL Chilled Water Connection project. The project will not be subject to prevailing wages or apprenticeship requirements. Existing air-cooled chillers and cooling towers serving the RBL building on the CSU foothills campus will be retired and replaced with two heat exchangers. One heat exchanger (base bid) will serve the building's chilled water loop, and the second heat exchanger (bid option 1) will serve the building's process chilled water loop. The installation of the new heat exchangers will allow for the building to be served from the Foothills Campus District Chilled Water loop. The project will be delivered under a Design/Bid/Build delivery method. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State.
