Landmark is requesting SUBCONTRACT BIDS for the District Wide TK Classroom Modernizations LLB for our valued customer, Napa Valley Unified School District. This bid includes Modernization of existing TK classrooms at multiple elementary school sites. The project is scheduled to begin June 12, 2024 with completion by August 2024. At the time of bid, MEP subcontractors must be prequalified with the District. The license classifications subject to these requirements are those with any of the following license classifications: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46. Prequalification applications and instructions are available on the District's website at https://www.nvusd.org/about/contact/school-planning/prequalification . Prequalification applications are due to the district by no later than April 4, 2024. Landmark requires all subcontractors to submit a prequalification application. Landmark's prequalification application can be found in the folder marked "Landmark Prequalification Application" in the Plan Room. Submit Landmark's prequalification application to frontdesk@landmarkconst.net . The District has a 3% DVBE participation goal in place for this project. DVBEs are encouraged to provide proposals. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation. We are willing to assist qualified DVBE firms in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance. All plans and specification will be distributed electronically, via Landmark's online plan room - no hard copies will be provided.
