The 840 calendar days will be achieved through the sum of the four-construction season's substantial completion clauses, which will be detailed in each NTP. The number of days allowed to achieve Substantial Completion in each construction season will be based on the Airport Authoritys approval of the contractors proposed construction schedule for that construction season. The Airport Authority will determine the allowed number of days per construction season per year and it will be based on parking variability. No additional costs associated with changes, variations, or delays to the construction season(s) will be allowed. f) Final Completion - Construction work including all restoration, cleanup, completion of punch list and removal of temporary pedestrian traffic control and safety devices shall be no later than 90 calendar days after the Substantial Completion date for that construction season. Construction will not be considered to be complete unless all project construction tasks are completed The Airport Authority reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, in whole or in part, as well as reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any bid in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received if it is determined by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or his designee that the best interest of the Airport Authority will be served by so doing.
