Project is in City of Pearland capital budget fy 2025-CIP 234 ___________________________________________________________________________________ This subdivision was built in the mid-1960s & 1970s and has been identified as an area with high infiltration and intrusion (I & I). The project will evaluate best method to rehab or replace approximately 16,000 LF of existing pipe that will reduce the I&I. The manholes will then be repaired and recoated to reduce rainfall intrusion. This project is included in the city’s fy 2025-2028 Capital Improvement Program.
