The City of Ontario is seeking proposals from qualified firms to prepare yearly updates to the City's existing Pavement Management Program or equivalent software, and develop a comprehensive improvement program for the pavement network. The pavement network consists of approximately 563.3 section miles. The network consists of 255.6 section miles of Arterial/Collector streets, 286.2 section miles of Local streets and 21.5 section miles of Alleys. Each year, at least one-half (50%) of the Arterial/Collector streets shall be surveyed, one-quarter (25%) of the Local streets will be surveyed and one-half (50%) of the Alleys will be surveyed. Assume Euclid Avenue will be relinquished by FY2024-25 and shall be surveyed in its entirety on the first year and the report shall be updated to include pavement maintenance recommendations. Additionally, as an optional task to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City, the firm shall conduct an inspection to provide a comprehensive improvement program for sidewalk, curb/curb & gutter (including rock curb), drive approaches and curb ramps.
