This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2024-RFP-62 Containerized Waste Removal on behalf of Niagara Public Purchasing Committee The Region of Niagara on behalf of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (hereafter known as NPPC) requires a Service Provider to perform containerized waste removal to the participating agencies of the NPPC at various locations, within the limits of the Regional Municipality of Niagara, as detailed herein. The Niagara Region/NPPC is seeking one Service Provider to supply all necessary labour, equipment and material necessary for the supply, maintenance and tipping of containers and disposal of the waste materials as detailed herein. Please refer to Appendix E for a detailed listing of service requirements. Proponents must have the capacity to service all sites listed in Appendix E - Bin Size, Location & Lift Schedule, in order to be deemed eligible to bid. The contract will be awarded for an initial five-year period, commencing June 28, 2024 with three possible one-year extensions.
