No Late Bids Shall Be Accepted. The Project Will Cover Approximately 84 Miles Of Water Main And 1,690 Total Gate Valves Throughout The Town. Year One Of The Contract Shall Cover 845 Gates Which Is Half Of The Towns Gate Valves And Water Mains. The Town Shall Have The Option To Renew The Contract, At Their Sole Discretion, For An Additional Two Years In One-year Increments For The Remaining Gates. The Project Also Includes A Fixed Amount Of 50 Gate Valve Repairs To Be Expected, With 20 Repairs Requiring Excavation And 30 Repairs That Will Not Require Excavation.
