Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount equal to or greater than 10% of the amount of the Tender, payable to the Municipality, and it must be as attached as a PDF to the tender. Bond totalling Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract amount, and conforming to the Instruments of Contract attached hereto, for the full and due performance of the works shown as described herein and a Bond totalling Fifty Percent (50%) Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
