Renovation of a civil project in Lake Wales, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Work Included in This Contract Generally Consists of the Following: 1. Removal and Replacement of the Existing Headworks System, Site Piping, and Electrical System. 2. Construction of New Headworks System, Platform Walkway and Stairs, Piping Modifications, Site Work Demolition, Dewatering, Concrete Support, Concrete Pad, Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls. 3. Replacement of Existing Ras/Was Pumps, Installation of an Influent Flow Meter and Variable Frequency Drives for the Pumps. 4. Installation of Sludge Holding Tank Jet Mixing System, Piping Modifications, Concrete Support, Concrete Pad. Responding to the Invitation to Bid. Wastewater Reclamation Facility Modifications and Improvements as shown and specified including, but not limited to: . Demolition of existing structures, piping, and equipment. . Access to the new headworks. . New headworks concrete structure to accommodate two new screens and grit removal system along with civil improvements. Modifications to the site piping to and from the new headworks and existing oxidation ditches. Installation of an Influent Flow Meter and RAS/WAS variable frequency drives. Replacements of existing RAS/WAS pumps and yard piping modifications. Modifications to the electrical system and construction of a new precast electrical building. Question Deadline 09/01/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All Questions Must Be Placed in Writing as Outlined in the Bid Documents. Substantial Completion (operational) within 540 calendar days. The date of Final Completion will be 30 days following the date of Substantial Completion.
