Failure to submit the required information may deem the bid non-responsive. The bid shall include acknowledgement of receipt of all addenda. Addenda numbers shall be filled in the bid response. Reproduction of these documents without the express permission of the City of Ames is prohibited. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The prices quoted herein are exclusive of all taxes such as sales and use taxes. The City of Ames is exempt from the following taxes: State of Iowa Sales and Use Taxes by Certificate No. 85-499, and Manufacturer's Federal Excise Tax by Registration No. A-102678.
