Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. The Board of Regents, State of Iowa, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept that bid which is deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Actual Notice of Award date cannot be guaranteed.
